The Charter of the Pomski Association in Russia.

Adopted at the General Meeting of the Association on 01.07.18

 

 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. The Pomski Association of Russia, hereinafter referred to as the "Association", is a public organization that unites owners and breeders of the Pomski breed.

1.2. The activities of the Association are carried out on the basis of voluntary participation, equality of its members and self-government.

1.3. The Association is guided in its activities by the governing documents and this Charter.

1.4. The Association may join international associations, maintain international contacts and direct contacts, and conclude relevant agreements.

1.5. The Association may hold breeding shows and monopred exhibitions of Pomski.

 

II. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE Association.

2.1. Association of clubs, sections, nurseries and individual amateurs engaged in breeding the Pomski breed in Russia and abroad.

2.2. Development of common approaches to breeding and user work with the Pomski breed.

2.3. Popularization of the Pomski breed.

2.4. Creation and maintenance of the official website of the Association by posting on it useful information on all areas of the Association's activities, regulations, rules, forms, other regulatory documents and current affairs of the Association.

 

III. TYPES OF ACTIVITIES OF THE Association.

3.1. Collection and study of materials of scientific research and amateur works, magazines, books, publications, organization of entertainment events.

3.2. Establishing links with foreign clubs.

3.3. Provision of consulting and information services to its members.

3.4 Breeding work with the breed.

 

IV. MEMBERS OF THE Association.

4.1. Members of the Association may be clubs, sections, other associations and private kennels engaged in the breeding of the Pomski breed that recognize this Charter.

4.2. Admission to the Association is made upon the application of the applicant.

4.3. From the moment of submitting the application, the applicant recognizes the Charter and other regulatory documents of the Association.

 

 

 

V. RIGHTS OF MEMBERS OF THE Association.

 

Members of the Association have the right to:

5.1. Receive information on all areas of the Association's activities within the limits established by this Charter.

5.2. Advertise your breeding work on all the resources of the Association.

 

 

VI. DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE Association.

 

Members of the Association must:

6.1. Recognize the provisions and regulations of the Association and comply with this Charter.

6.2. Take a responsible approach to breeding, to all activities and implement the decisions of the Association in compliance with the deadlines, if any, to conduct breeding work on the formation of the breed on the territory of the Russian Federation strictly in accordance with the official standard recognized by Russian cynological organizations

6.3. Contribute to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Association.

 

 

VII. RIGHTS OF THE Association COUNCIL.

 

In order to comply with the established provisions, the head of the Association has the right to apply the following measures to members who violate the Charter and other provisions, or harm the interests of the Association by their actions:

7.1. Issuing a reprimand or warning.

7.2. Suspension of membership for a certain period. Before imposing a penalty, the supervisor may provide the member with an opportunity for an oral or written explanation within the prescribed time limit.

 

 

VIII. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE Association.

 

Membership in the Association may be terminated:

8.1. At the personal written request of the member.

8.2. By the decision of the head, for violation of the main provisions of this Charter, regulations and other regulatory documents of the Association. The decision comes into force from the moment of its adoption and is published in the information media of the Association.
