Regulations on breeding work
Pomski Associations of Russia.
I. ADMISSION TO BREEDING
1.1 Only healthy dogs that do not have serious deviations from the breed standard are allowed to breed
1.2 Use of breeding breeders:
Dogs can be used in breeding when they reach
physiological maturity!
- bitches not earlier than 15 months
- males not earlier than 12 months
1.3. Recommended mating scheme :
"Through heat."
- Two matings in a row are allowed, with the condition of skipping two subsequent leaks.
The age of breeding use of bitches does not exceed 9 years.
The male can be used in breeding without age restriction.
1.4. First-generation manufacturers:
Pomeranian Spitz dogs must be allowed to participate in the Pomeranian breeding program before mating by presenting a diploma from the exhibition of the official cynological organization, it is recommended to pass a health check-up according to the points:
- Examination of the cardiovascular system (ECHO+ECG)
- Examination by an orthopedist for the status of Patella Luxation
- Genetic study for progressive retinal atrophy prcd-PRA
- X-ray examination of TBS for Legg Perthes disease (images with a conclusion)
Siberian huskies before mating should be allowed to participate in the breeding program of the Pomski by providing a diploma from the exhibition of the official canine organization, it is recommended to pass a health check on the points:
- Genetic study for progressive retinal atrophy PRA
- Examination of the cardiovascular system (ECHO+ECG)
- X-ray examination of TBS (HD) and LS (ED) (images with a conclusion)
1.5 Pomski before mating must be allowed to breed at a breeding show or exhibition held under the auspices of the APR, it is recommended to pass a health check on the points:
- Examination of the cardiovascular system (ECHO+ECG)
- Examination by an orthopedist for the status of Patella Luxation
- Genetic testing for progressive retinal atrophy
- X-ray examination of TBS for Legg Perthes disease (images with conclusion)
- X-ray examination of TBS (HD) and LS (ED) (images with a conclusion)
And also before mating, you must get a certificate of compliance with the breed from the breeding commission of the Association.
1.6 It is possible to allow breeding without BQE, in which case the breeder is personally responsible for the health of the offspring of his breeding, and the metric indicates that the producers (one or both) from which the puppy originated are not examined according to BQE.
II. Binding. THE ACT OF MATING.
2.1. The fact of mating dogs is made out by the act of mating.
2.2. The act of mating is registered in the Association no later than 10 days from the date of the last mating.
2.3. The owner of the male dog is obliged to provide the owner of the tied bitch with a copy of the pedigree.
2.4. The terms of the binding are drawn up in a separate contract, and any disputes that arise are resolved in court.
III. AKTIROVKA DROPPINGS
3.1.The breeder is responsible for the activation of the litter, assigning a class to each puppy, as well as for the accuracy of the information provided about the parents.
3.2. The breeder assigns one of the following classes to each puppy in the litter:
- Breed-a puppy has a breeding value, and its metric is subject to exchange for a pedigree.
- Pet-the puppy does not have a breeding value, or has a plem.marriage, its metric is not subject to exchange for pedigree.
3.3. Puppies must have brands issued by the Association and (or) microchips, information about the microchip must be specified in the application for registration of the litter.
3.4. The owner of the producer must provide the Association with the following information:
- pedigrees of both parents
- completed application for litter registration
- photos of both parents
3.5 the breeder must ensure that:
- full feeding of puppies and their mother
- sufficient space
- keep it clean
- timely deworming and vaccination
IV. REGISTRATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (PEDIGREE)
4.1. The puppy metric does not give the right to the breeding use of the dog and is subject to exchange in the Association if the breed class is specified in the metric.
4.2. The change of ownership is registered by the Association and a new certificate of origin is issued.
When providing:
1. Statements from the previous owner of the dog
2. Statements from the current owner of the dog
3. Copies of passports (containing data on the full name and place of registration of the past and current owner)
4. The original certificate of origin.
4.3. Reasons for refusing to issue a pedigree for a puppy:
- No brand and / or microchip
- An application for registration of a litter that has not been submitted to the Association (in this case, the litter is considered unregistered).
V. REGISTRATION OF A BREEDING NURSERY.
5.1 To register a member cattery in the Association, you must fill out an application for membership.
5.2 Provide the pedigree of at least one female of the Pomsky breed, of reproductive age, of the breed class, who is in personal possession.
5.3 The breeder must be at least 18 years old.
5.4 The Association, represented by the members of the breeding commission, reserves the right to refuse to register the kennel to the applicant by voting.
